Return Policy

At FAETQ Global, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@faetqglobal.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
